This collar has horizontal knife pleats and shibori pleats with a twist. It was base dyed blue, discharged, and then overdyed silver sage with a hint of purple on some tips. Look closely; the silver sage motifs appear as little flames! A lobster clasp holds the collar in place where it crosses over itself in the front. The loose ends are not hemmed, so they can freely float.
