These are the faqs and the ammended faqs as they exist so far:

 

Sales Tax

There is no sales tax. 

Payment Form

For online purchases I use Paypal. Paypal accepts all of the major credit cards even if you do not have an account with them.

If you want to use an alternative payment form such as check or money order, please inform me via email. Orders paid by check are shipped upon bank clearance of the check.

 

Shipping Method

Shipping is via USPS (United States Postal

Service) regular first class mail for most orders. 

 

 

Cancellations

We cannot accept cancellations after the date of dispatch for your order. 

Alice Manchester reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

 

 

International Purchases 

If you are from a country outside the United States, and would like to purchase from me, please email me a detailed message, and shipping costs will be emailed to you. Orders from outside the United States will be shipped express US mail or UPS, whichever gives best rate for the shipment size. 

 

Wholesale Inquiries

Product price information upon request by retailers.  

Your business contact information and Tax ID number are required.

 

Terms and Conditions of Wholesale Sales:

We usually ship a product within 3 days. Allow 3 - 4 weeks for quantity shipments.
Returns for merchandise are negotiable until the product is shipped to you.
